Jill brings extensive industry experience and connections to Torcatara in the automotive aftermarket and repair industry. He began his automotive career as a technician and worked as a service consultant, service manager, parts manager and shop owner before transitioning to software in 2013 and joining RepairPal. At RepairPal, Jill expanded the company’s certified repair network from 100 to 2,800 industry-leading shops by creating a rigorous certification program that evaluates shops based on technical training, processes, customer service and industry knowledge. During his tenure, he held multiple sales, marketing and product positions and eventually became a member of the executive team.

Jill is an accomplished speaker and thought leader speaking on topics such as price transparency and its impact on independent repair shops, and the representation and empowerment of women in the automotive industry.
