Today, while writing two lines about myself, I sat myself in front of the mirror. How many things flashed before my eyes, maybe not everything will be said, it cannot be said.
My professional journey began in 2010. I joined Oxford International School, Dhanmondi Branch as a manager. When I went there, I met so many educated people, I thought to myself that I should finish my MBA now, I started classes in Evening MBA after working all day, Southeast University, Banani, my major subject was Marketing, there I met ACI’s Dream Project, its dreamer, respected Alamgir Sir. Sir loves business very much. My thinking power also changed. The first advantage in business is ‘Freedom’. When you do the maximum examination, review and research on what you want to do, you will get business, a major part of business is marketing.
With marketing, the issue of presenting yourself comes up. Since I can interact with people very quickly, I had a lot of confidence in myself.
My father Mohammad Ashraf Ali was a brave freedom fighter commander, deputy secretary of Bangladesh Small Industries Corporation, I used to travel around the basic industrial city with my father as a child. That’s when I knew about bas and rattan work, wood work, needlework, thread and jute work, hand-woven loom industry. BCK had a separate design center, so Jamdani was on my list of favorites. So at that young age, I saw how girls do handicrafts in small groups, that environment. Since then, I remembered to do something myself.
Some events in life change the course of life, and so did I. I have to do a job, but I need something of my own, this is not my childhood Since. In my childhood, I used to work with needle thread on my grandmother’s sarees, for reading. Handicrafts in the orna. Ride’s cotton cloth needle thread work. My first sale was two handmade sarees. Since I like to wear sarees, I started my first work with sarees in 2018. That’s when I opened the Sushma Boutique page. After work, I would post pictures of sarees on Messenger, sometimes from Sirajganj, sometimes from Tangail, sometimes from Bolta, little by little, this is how my journey began. You can dream in the sky. From within your means. We can read big stories to get motivation, but we have to keep in mind that the question paper is different, which means that everyone’s life is different, and the name of success is moving forward at their own pace by analyzing both and the surroundings. Although the measure of success may be different in social standards, life is a story of work in the name of moving forward.
We are also in the city of Corona around the world, right then we learned about the online market I found out. I took his name from a friend of mine, Mamun. Because we used to plan over the phone to sell vegetables online, how much is that? Later, we started working on a joint product, Ladies “Never Give Up Stay with Your Dreams”.
How far you have gone is more important than how fast you have stayed. Walking on the right path is the name of life, holding the hand of your dreams. For hungry people, a plate of food is worth it. No path is smooth for women or men. We women who have come out and stood next to men, this place is not that easy. Believe me, the more you advance, whether small or large, the more sacrifices and struggles you make. Some say, some don’t. There is a common line, ‘burnt in the sun, soaked in the rain’. Sushama’s thoughts❤️

I started my first work with sarees in 2018. That’s when I opened the” Sushama Boutique” page. After work, I would post pictures of sarees on Messenger, sometimes from Sirajganj, sometimes from Tangail, sometimes from Bolta, little by little, this is how my journey began. We are also in the city of Corona around the world, right then we learned about the online market I found out. I took his name from a friend of mine, Mamun.
In the story of taking one step forward, only the body burns or doesn’t burn.
The biggest challenge for women is with themselves. That is their mind. Sometimes the mind burns, sometimes it gets wet It happens that women have to do this hormonal check and balance. A woman has to control her body and mind and move forward. A woman takes care of herself, her family and society and makes her own place in front. For this, women have to break and build little by little.
In the last journey, what I want to say is that women have the courage to move forward after overcoming hundreds of obstacles, ‘men’.
I never said that men are the obstacles for women. Women’s obstacles can be a woman or a man. I personally like a line by Nazrul a lot.
‘Half of it has been done by men, half of it has been done by women’.
It takes a few moments for life to change. But sometimes it takes a whole life to change time. When people want to change something from the heart, those paths are severe, silent, long and difficult, of loneliness. Then at some point, an inextinguishable flame is lit in the shadow of light. The whole world or any life floats in that light.
Jute bags are added to sarees online, sometimes customers who participate in some fairs It’s fun to work with customer colors and designs. This is how “Sushama Boutique” is moving forward step by step.
Best regards
Sushama
