Software provider N-able has appointed industry veteran Mike Cullen as General Manager of RMM to accelerate innovation through partnerships.

Cullen has been in the industry for many years and is often referred to by our partners as the “godfather of the MSP industry”.

Cullen has over 30 years of channel experience and is recognized globally for executing go-to-market strategies, honing growth models, partnerships, customer success and selling the ecosystem.

In this new role, he will lead the Burlington, Massachusetts-based RMM platforms and portfolio, working closely with front-line executives, market development and customer success.

“For nearly two decades, N-able’s business and technology resources have led the way in helping MSPs build, grow and scale their businesses, from managing end-to-end solutions to serving everyone for SMBs. customers. and company,” Cullen said in a statement. “We want to show the market that people, processes and N-capable technologies are the right solution for any MSP, regardless of the path. One of Cullen’s top priorities is to carefully align its portfolio of N-compatible solutions with the needs of new MSPs running single solutions and existing MSPs looking to deliver and manage everything as a service. It will also add more partner feedback loops directly to N-able’s R&D, sales and marketing teams.

Cullen will join the N-capable team in Las Vegas next week for the Empower Conference, which will feature company and product news, networking opportunities and more than 30 hours of educational content for MSPs.
