Karma yoga

Raj Yoga
The most important part of this branch of Raj Yoga is “meditation”. This yoga has eight parts. Patanjali named it Ashtanga Yoga. These are the eight parts – Yama (taking the oath), Niyam (rule of conduct or self-discipline), asana, pranayama (quas control), pratyahara (control of the senses), Dharana (concentration), meditation, and samadhi (ecstasy or ultimate liberation) ). This yoga attracts individuals to meditate. Asana is a part of yoga.
Gyan Yoga
Knowledge is the sum of wisdom. To walk this path requires the development of intelligence from the study of texts. Jnana yoga is considered the most difficult. And also direct. It requires serious study and it attracts those who are intellectually inclined.
Yoga tips for beginner –
- If you are doing yoga for the first time in your life, then take special care of these things. Which, it helps in doing yoga in the same way.
- If you are unable to do yoga properly in the beginning, do not get upset. Practicing slowly will make it easier for you.
- Be patient while doing yoga. Because if you have less flexibility in your body then you may have difficulty doing yoga. But keep practicing continuously.

- Do not force yourself to do haste or any yoga with your body.

What is the right time to practice Yoga?
It is believed that 1 to 2 hours before sunrise is the best time to do yoga. But if it is not possible for you to do yoga in the morning then you can also do it at sunset. Along with this, keep in mind the following things also.

- You can also set a time of day if you want.
- To do yoga, choose only the open space so that you can breathe freely.
