6.   Something To Entertain You:

Working in a hospital can be depressing at times. Seeing all the patients coming in with various sorts of problems, and dealing with emergency cases might stress you at times. If you have longer duty hours as a hospital worker, or a doctor, make sure to carry something that helps keep you entertained during your breaks or leisure time. It might be a book, a gaming device, a kindle, or a laptop to watch Netflix on, but it should be a necessary part of your hospital bag. This ensures your mental well-being and mental fitness will make sure your work is not affected due to stress and pressure.

7.  Basic Things:

Everyone around here might already know this but carrying some essentials is not a bad idea. An extra pair of clothes or slippers hurt nobody in case of emergency. Also, carrying your water bottle to stay hydrated while you are on duty is very important. Make sure to carry all your necessities such as all kinds of chargers, deodorant, makeup essentials, tampons, etc. with you so that you have ease of doing your job even when you are not prepared for any emergency.
