Finding the right jumpshot for your height and play style is essential to success in NBA 2K23. From the best bases to the best releases and animation blending, there are plenty of options for every player to find the perfect jumpshot. We’re reviewing the best bases, releases, and animation blending for guards, wings, and bigs. Take your game to the next level with the right green window jumpshot for your height.
Best Green Windows Jumpshots Under 6’4″
For guards, the best base is KPJ Moore. It’s auto-buckets for me. If you don’t like KPJ, Stephen Curry is the best total base, but you need 91 3-ball to use him. Aside from those two, Lamelo Ball is also an excellent option for guards.
Oscar Robertson is the fastest if you’re under 6’4″. Stephen Curry is an excellent alternative if you want to use something other than Oscar. For animation blending, when using Oscar, I like a 75:25 split. Other good options are 85:15, 60:40, and 50:50, depending on the release and base you’re using.
Best Green Windows Jumpshots Jumpshots 6’5″ – 6’9″
When finding the best safe basement, 6’5″-6’9″, Kyle Kuzma is my favourite. He’s comfortable and reliable in the game and has a great jumpshot. My second favourite base is Torino Prince, popular in this height range.
The most popular jumpshot in the game is Lamelo Ball, which can be used for small guards and wings. I’m not a massive fan of Lamelo, but it’s popular for a reason. Another popular jumpshot is O’Shea Per’set, used for bigger players from 65 to 69. I like Ray Allen and Kevin Durant’s jump shots for their consistency.
Best Green Windows Jumpshots Jumpshots Up 6’10”
Regarding releases, Oscar Robinson is the fastest in the game. Kelly Olynyk is the fastest release for big men, and if you want something that speeds up your jumpshot like Oscar Robinson, then Dirk Whiskey is the best option. Chris Bosh is a great, consistent release, and Larry Bird is also a popular option. However, Larry Bird’s release speed is slower than the others.
Finally, Kevin Love, Larry Bird, and Tim Duncan are great releases for the bigs. Kevin Durant is slower than the others, but he does give you great stats. I usually blend my jump shots towards my favourite release, and I recommend going 75/25 for animation blending.
