Step One: Identify Where You Are Now And What Brought You Here

But not in terms of “not enough growth as I desire”, but in actual numbers. What is your company making per month as of today? What is your annual revenue? How much do you spend each year? How many employees do your company have? How many hours of work do you put in per day?

This is important to be clear.

Now, take a moment and reflect on how did you get to this point. What strategies did you implement? Perhaps you relied on your inner strength and intelligence as well as hard work and inspiration. You might have taken courses or read books and followed a plan. Write it down.

These strategies are good if they get you to where you are at the moment. You will not get to the next level by simply using the same strategies.

Step Two: Determine Exactly Where You Want Your Life To Be In One Year

Be specific. It takes a few moments to visualize how much revenue your company would generate each month and, ideally, how many employees it would require. What would you do with your business? Do you prefer to do business online or offline? What number of hours would you rather work each day? Do you prefer to travel more or less? What is your average number of vacations each year?

It is important to write it down. Now, think Where would you like to be today and in your company in 5 years?

Take a moment to close your eyes and picture yourself celebrating New Year’s Eve with your family and friends.

How important is your company in creating the ideal lifestyle and picture? Does it seem larger or smaller? Is it larger or smaller? Are you still serving the same clients or have you changed your target audience?

It is important to first imagine the life you want and then to think about the type of company that will support it.

You now have a clear vision of your future and where it is going. Now you can ask HOW you get there.

What knowledge is required to achieve this new level?

What actions should you stop doing?

How many people should you surround yourself with to help you grow?

Who has achieved the level you want?

Step Three – Identify Your Action Plan For How You Will Get There.

Once you have a clear idea of where you are and where you want it to be, all you need is a clear route to get you there in logical steps.

A map, a plan of implementation, tools and support are essential. It’s important to have a proven process that you can follow so that you don’t waste time or money on the problem.
