Telegram also allows you to create groups and channels where people can share ideas, pictures, or videos without any limits or censorship. You can access Telegram on your phone, your desktop computer, and even on your laptop by using the web version of this service.

Telegram messages can be withdrawn from your phone and the web.

To withdraw Telegram from your phone:

-Go to settings > Privacy and security > Security on your phone and check “Delete my data”.

-Open https://web.telegram.org/#/withdraw in a browser window, enter your phone number, confirm it via SMS or another method (e.g., by answering a security question), then tap “Confirm” to finish withdrawing Telegram from your device

To withdraw Telegram(中文电报) from your phone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Secret Messages and turn off Secret Chat Notifications. This will stop the app from showing you secret messages that come through on other devices.

To withdraw Telegram from your desktop phone, uninstall it by going to Apps & Features in Control Panel or Settings > Apps & Features on Windows 10 computers.

Unauthorized access to your desktop phone will provide access to Telegram on all other devices, too.

You’ll be notified of this within one hour after the unauthorized access occurs, and your account will be deleted immediately. The first thing to know is that Telegram has been removed from the App Store and Google Play Store. You will not be able to download it anymore, so if you haven’t done so already, make sure you install it on your device(s) right away. If you’ve already installed it but don’t want to use it anymore, go into your settings and uninstall the app.
