TAU is a Cubism-abstract artist who paints a combination of renowned styles such as cubism, abstract, impressionism, and others. When he was young, he often sketched and drew while sitting in class. At that age, he didn’t understand the true essence of art. All he knew was drawing helped him connect with himself.

One day, he saw the movie Wall Street and was left in awe by a scene that showcased Picasso’s painting. He was only eight years old back then, but that was the moment that set the direction of his life. After that day, TAU became obsessed with art and started analyzing works by artists such as Dali, Marc Chagall, Van Gogh, and Paul Klee.

There was no looking back for TAU from thereon. He gave his heart and soul to art and would paint away all night. He nearly gave up all social outings and dedicated himself completely to becoming an artist as great as his idols. “From a technical aspect, working on paintings is like playing the guitar,” TAU shares. “The more you practice, the stronger you blend. And if you have an innate talent, your sound is more special,” he adds.

TAU also started expressing any turbulent thoughts he felt in his paintings. He painted when he was happy, he painted when he was confused, and he painted when he simply wanted peace. As a sensitive soul, painting helped him get through hard times and allowed him to enjoy the good times. “The colors in the painting help me deal with the inner demons,” he explains. “Since my painting style is not realism, color plays the role of giving away a message. This creative process helps to release inner anguish and sometimes reveals personal secrets.”

This talented artist strongly believes inner peace can be derived from creative activity. However, to attain peace, it is also crucial to be aware of your inner demons. You must make peace with your shortcomings and face your inner truth. Once you have taken this step, the inner storm quiets down, and you tend to accept yourself. This is why most of TAU’s work comes from pain, excitement, and being different. “I used to want to be normal like everyone else. But today, I love this difference and appreciate its truth,” he explains.

When painting, TAU puts his heart, feelings, and memories into any work of art. Therefore, when the painting is complete, it feels as if he has closed a chapter in his life. “As soon as I finish the painting, I thank the universe for receiving more of my creative energy. This powerful tool of gratitude brings me inner peace,” he stresses.

TAU aims to spread this message across the globe with his work and wants to inspire people to be more positive. He also wants people to understand that any problem can be tackled as long as there is self-awareness. Though TAU’s work is not exhibited in galleries currently, he operates through his studio and has several paintings that will soon be publicized on social networks. He has also received many offers from people to purchase his creations, but he has refused as he does not want his art to be commercial yet. “I love all my paintings; they are all my children. For now, I’m only focusing on inspiring people to connect with the energy my paintings exude,” TAU says on a concluding note.
