Dhaka: Senior Journalist, Writer, and Poet Mafidul Honored for Social Service and Literature at Jagrata National Council–2026
Dhaka: At a grand and colorful event organized by Jagrata National Council–2026, distinguished senior journalist, writer, and poet Md. Mafidul Islam Sarker was awarded a commemorative crest in recognition of his outstanding contributions to social service and literature.
The award was presented by the chief guest, renowned poet Shihab Rifat Alam. With his overall guidance and sincere efforts, theCeremony was conducted in a well-organized and vibrant manner. The attending guests expressed their gratitude to the organizers for their tireless day-and-night efforts in making the event successful.
Nusrat Jahan Kotha, President of Jagrata Path Shishu Bangladesh, played a significant role as one of the key organizers of the event. Known for believing in action rather than words, her dedication and relentless work for the welfare of others added a special dimension to the Ceremony success.
Award recipient Mafidul Islam Sarker has long been contributing to journalism, literary activities, and social development initiatives.
