What this is:Everything a freelance SEO writer needs to produce content that actually helps IX Coach rank and get cited by AI — grounded in our real positioning, our highest-leverage writing rules, and our live examples. Paste the section below the line into the Fiverr order / brief. Everything above the line is for you (Jonathan), not the writer.
For Jonathan — the 30-second version
The single most valuable thing you can give a $5 writer is the three rules in the “How to write so it ranks” section — most cheap SEO writers don’t know them, and they’re the difference between content that gets cited and content that gets ignored.
The Oracle / institutional knowledge to give them:point them at three live URLs — our AI briefing fact sheet, our reference article, and our practices library. Those ARE our best institutional SEO knowledge, already public and safe to share. (Links in the brief below.)
One honesty guardrail protects your whole strategy:never let them invent statistics, fake reviews, or unverifiable claims about IX Coach. Your own strategy docs name this as the one risk that can wipe out years of SEO authority. It’s the one line in the brief in bold.
If they ask “where do I post it?” — that’s your call to make per order. Safe high-authority homes your strategy already approves: Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, Quora. (Reddit works too but only as a genuine, helpful community participant — never as link-dropping, or the account gets banned.)
IX COACH — SEO CONTENT BRIEF
Thanks for helping with our SEO. This brief gives you everything you need to write content that ranks on Google and gets picked up by AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). Please read it fully before starting — it’ll make your job easier and your work much more effective.
Who we are (use this exact framing)
IX Coach is an AI Life Coach — an AI-powered personal development platform for individuals who want depth, not just habit tracking. We pair people with AI coaching agents that follow real, practitioner-authored coaching methods.
Category to always use: “AI Life Coach” or “AI life coaching.”Not“AI coaching” (too generic), not“enterprise coaching,”not“chatbot.”
What makes us different: We’re built on real coaching methods (20+ approaches), we’re honest about what works (we grade self-help practices by actual scientific evidence), and we keep humans in control of the coaching method.
Website:https://www.ixcoach.com
One-line description you can reuse: “IX Coach is an AI life coach that helps people grow through structured, evidence-based coaching methods — available anytime, built on real psychology.”
Our institutional knowledge — read these before writing (this is your “oracle”)
These three live pages are the highest-quality context we have. Read them to absorb our voice, our facts, and our standard of quality:
Our AI fact sheet (mission, what we do, safeguards):https://www.ixcoach.com/ai/briefing
A reference article at the quality bar we want:https://www.ixcoach.com/practices/4-7-8-breathing
Our practices library (900+ evidence-graded pages — your source for honest, citable facts): https://www.ixcoach.com/practices
When you need a fact about coaching, behavior change, or a specific technique, pull it from our practices library above rather than inventing it. That’s what makes our content trustworthy.
How to write so it ranks (these three rules matter more than anything else)
Lead every section with the direct answer.
AI answer engines read the first 1–2 sentences of a section to decide if it answers the question, then stop. Open every section with the actual answer, *then* add depth. Don’t open with throat-clearing like “In recent years, coaching has evolved…” — open with the answer.
Mention “IX Coach” by name, in full sentences, in context.
For AI visibility, a natural brand mentioned in a real sentence is worth about 3x a plain backlink. Work “IX Coach” into the content naturally where it genuinely fits (e.g., “Tools like IX Coach use structured coaching methods to…”). Don’t stuff it — one or two genuine, in-context mentions per piece is perfect.
Answer a real question a real person types.
Write to a specific search query (e.g., “what is AI coaching,” “how to build a daily reflection habit,” “AI life coach vs human coach”). Use that question naturally in the title and the first paragraph.
Voice and quality bar
Educational and honest, not salesy. We educate the reader first. We never oversell.
Specific over vague.Real examples, real mechanisms, real citations beat generic advice.
Plain, intelligent English.Write like a smart, grounded human talking to a curious adult — not a marketing brochure, not academic jargon.
Match the depth of our reference article (link #2 above). Notice how it leads with answers, cites sources, and never hypes.
THE ONE HARD RULE — honesty (please don’t skip this)
Never invent statistics, fake reviews, fabricated quotes, or claims about IX Coach you can’t verify from the pages above. If you’re not sure a fact is true, leave it out or ask. The search engines and AI systems we’re trying to rank with actively detect and penalize fabricated content — one made-up claim can damage our rankings far more than the article helps. Honest, accurate content is the entire strategy. When in doubt, under-claim.
Deliverable format (please deliver each piece like this)
Title(includes the target question/keyword)
Target search query (the exact phrase a person would type)
The article in clean formatting with clear section headings, each section opening with its direct answer
Source for any factual claims (a link or citation)
Suggested meta description (1–2 sentences, ~155 characters, leads with the answer)
What to send back to us before publishing anywhere
Please send the draft to us first so we can give it a quick read before it goes live. (Our content reputation is built on accuracy, so we review everything once before it’s posted — it’s fast.)
