Easy recipe to make deviled eggs at home:
As we all know that eggs are a great source of protein and other nutrients, this is a recipe for those who want to eat healthy and delicious food at same time.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 can of red bell peppers (optional)
- Pitted black olives (optional)
- Tomato sauce (fried, homemade …)
- Mayonnaise (Optional, garnish)
Cookware:
- 1 knife
- 1 cutting board
- 1 pot
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 egg cutter
- 1 flat plate
- 1 hand blender

As you like this recipe at home, for this heat we have, it is a dish that we prepare in advance and in the fridge to cool down, so when you come from the beach or the pool or from work (many are not on vacation yet) it is the most appetizing.
How to make deviled eggs step by step:
- In a saucepan put water to boil, adding a pinch of salt and a splash of vinegar.
- We will have the eggs hard in about 8-10 minutes, then we throw the water and put them under the tap with cold water, to cool quickly, so they will peel better.
- Once peeled, we cut them in half and removed the yolks and reserved them.
- While the eggs were boiling, we opened the tuna and drained it. We put it in a small bowl and added the tomato (fried, homemade or ketchup). With a fork we crumble the yolks. We set aside two tablespoons to garnish, the rest we mix.
- Now you just have to fill the whites with the preparation, on top we put a little mayonnaise and garnish.
- If we want they can be garnished with green and black olives, peppers and we put them to cool.
