Building Osmond Designs was a team effort by Heather and her husband, Jared. The many successes that the firm has recorded in the last few years may seem like success is a usual thing to the couple, but beneath all of that are years of toil and hard work. The couple had nothing when they got married despite leaving behind a life that had taught them nothing but hard work and diligence. As a child, Jared had a hard-of-hearing father and was forced to move a lot for 32 different times. He began fending for his educational needs at the age of ten, mowing lawns. On the other hand, Heather had a stay-at-home mother and fireman father who worked every day for as long as Heather remembered. She took a job chopping wood to support her family while her parents worked multiple jobs to keep body and soul together.
Putting such struggles behind, Osmond Designs is a product of grit and never giving up. In Heather’s words, “You only fail if you don’t get back up because all of us are going to get knocked down.” As a result, Osmond Designs has enjoyed such a high level of goodwill with its clients.
