Dennis Begos shares about common health issues during the pandemic phase

Date:

The pandemic outbreak has changed the quality of everyone’s lives! People are not used to staying at home for such a long time. And this is creating mental health issues. One of the side effects of lockdown is boredom and a state of stagnancy. Have you been staying at home for a long time? If yes, you need to follow a few basic guidelines to remedy the health issues that might appear sooner or later.

Dennis Begos highlights the physical issues of the lockdown.

The human body needs movement. Staying in one place for a long time can create different health issues. According to Dennis Begos, some of the most apparent health issues are:

  1. Cluster headaches and nausea

Staying in one place for a long time often brings about a change in how people think and respond to the situation that is happening around them. This is the reason why many people are currently suffering from nausea and cluster headaches. It could be due to lack of movement and digestive issues that might occur. Cluster headaches are a common occurrence. However, when you are inactive and staying at home for a long time, you might face these two health issues more.

  1. Weight fluctuations

Gaining minimal weight is not a problem! But during the lockdown, people couldn’t go to their gym and fitness classes. It has resulted in severe weight fluctuations. Excess weight can also lead to issues with their own immune system. Today, it is necessary for people with weight fluctuations to eat healthily and exercise to stay fit and reduce the extra pounds.

  1. Hair loss

Our human body has been exposed to a new way of living these past few months! Our body perceives this sudden change as a shock, which leads to internal stress. As a result, some unfortunately might experience hair loss. Both men and women are losing more hair than ever. Though this situation will balance itself automatically with six to nine months, it is still necessary for people to try and reduce their level of stress and anxiety. Engaging in activities like singing or watching movies will reduce the stress hormones and gradually eliminate the excess hair fall.

  1. Hormonal imbalance

A stressful situation results in an over-production of cortisol, which is the stress hormone. Women have been witnessing a severe hormonal imbalance because of the lockdown and the change of diet. It affects the human body in many ways. For some women, there’s been an increase in hormonal acne, pimples, and body weight as well. One of the best ways to remedy this is by opting in for meditation and mind-calming tactics. It helps to bring down stress, which in turn balances the hormones.

These are some of the immediate health issues that most people have been facing because of the pandemic lockdown.
