This milestone underscores the festival’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth as a registered NGO in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and currently in the process of registration in the United States.

Key Highlights from the Report

  • Total Income: $12,240 (■17,625,600), including cash donations, sponsorship, film submission fees, and in-kind support from the Festival Director.
  • Total Expenses: $14,630 (■21,947,200), covering venue, production, staff, and operational costs.
  • Net Result: –$2,390 (–■4,321,600), reflecting founder Ncontributions, growth-related expenditures, and conservative itvaluation of in-kind contributions.

Growth and Impact

The 2025 season saw film submissions exceed $2,480, signaling increasing international interest and participation. These two inaugural seasons have laid the foundation for future expansion, higher-quality programming, and strengthened partnerships.
