Re-write your job listings
Think of marketing here, you need to sell your job properly if you want to attract the right candidate for your job vacancy. If you’re not properly talking about what people will be doing when working for you, and what kinds of benefits they will gain once they’ve been hired, why would they want the job? A lot of the time, you’re just going to get people who want the money but aren’t actually qualified to provide what you need. If you want to cut down the time it takes for you to find new recruits, you shouldn’t always be looking outside of the company. You’ll find that from speaking to employees, you can find suitable applicants for your business, and you can use this as a way to find the qualities you need quickly. Not only will you be able to connect with them quickly, you already know that they get on well with one of the members of your team – so the synergy is there before you’ve hired them.
