Xiaomi presents a new smartwatch: Xiaomi Watch Color
Xiaomi will present on January 3 the new Xiaomi Watch Color, its next smartwatch with a circular design for daily use.
Xiaomi has become one of the leading brands in the mobile phone market, but also in that of gadgets and home products. Last November, the Chinese company officially presented its first smartwatch to compete for this segment of the market with brands such as Apple or Samsung.
The new Xiaomi Mi Watch reminded us of the Apple Watch in its design and aesthetics, although it has different specifications. Xiaomi incorporated a Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor, a 420 mAh battery, a 1.4-inch screen, and a 512 MB RAM into its first smartwatch.
A clock for each day
Xiaomi remains unstoppable in this sector and has just announced its next smartwatch: Xiaomi Watch Color. Its technical characteristics continue to be unknown and will be revealed, almost certainly, on January 3 when it goes on sale in China.
But we have been able to know some details of this new installment of Xiaomi. The most characteristic of the Xiaomi Watch Color will be its circular design with a design that reminds us of the Amazfit GTR, although we do not know if it will also incorporate an AMOLED screen. On the other hand, the software may be MIUI for Watch, the same one they have used on previous occasions.
In this new model, according to the images published on social networks, the edges are smaller and have a more informal style for the day today. Therefore, another of its characteristics is that you can combine it with the color of clothes that you wear every day thanks to the wide catalog of straps they have developed.
At the moment we will have to wait a few days to know the rest of the features since they have not yet confirmed their price or their arrival in the European market.
