HOW TO COMPLETE THE USPS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SURVEY

  • Go to https postalexperience com pos.
  • By clicking on the radio button, you can select your preferred language. Then, to proceed, click Select Language.
  • After reviewing the information above and below the diagram, enter your Zip code and + 4 code. This will be at the top of your receipt, just below the Post Office address. When you’re ready, click Start Questionnaire.
  • Enter the transaction date (found at the top of the receipt) in the format MM/DD. Even if the month is March, you must enter two numbers, so it is 03.
  • Enter the time as it appears on the receipt.
  • Answer questions about your satisfaction and how long you waited in line.
