- a document indicating a positive test result (PCR or antigen test) for people who recovered from Covid-19 between 15 and 180 days before entry
Those that do not meet the minimum standards will be quarantined for ten days.

Cyprus
Cyprus now accepts fully vaccinated visitors from over 60 countries, including the United Arab Emirates. Additional conditions include a negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained no more than 72 hours prior to departure and a second test upon arrival, for which UAE visitors must remain in isolation until the results are known.
Turkey
Travelers from the United Arab Emirates will be allowed to enter Turkey as long as they follow Turkish immigration laws. For all foreign arrivals, a negative PCR test will be needed. Travelers who have spent the previous 10 days in Brazil, India, or South Africa will be subject to a 14-day quarantine.
Estonia

The country accepts all vaccines manufactured by the nine global manufacturers, not just those approved by the European Medicines Agency such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, BioNTech, and Moderna.

Beginning June 1, the Mediterranean country plans to open its beaches and medieval castles to fully vaccinated travelers who have received their vaccinations at least ten days prior to arrival. Travelers who meet the criteria will be exempt from quarantine and further testing and will be compensated up to 200 Euros if they stay for more than two nights.
