The NTA will conduct the CMAT-2023 in March. The exam form is available on the NTA website, and students can fill it out by paying a fee of ₹2,000 (₹ 1,000 for women and reserved category students). It is a three hours Computer Based Online Test that helps AICTE affiliated institutions to evaluate the candidates’ ability across various segments like Quantitative Techniques, Language Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness & Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.

After getting the desired score required by different institutions for qualification, students have to go through the selection procedure to which they want admission, which may comprise Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). 

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or government institution. Candidates appearing for the final graduation year, whose results will be declared before the commencement of admission for the academic year 2023-24, can also apply for CMAT-2023.

MAT (Management Admission Test) 

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level test that helps Business Schools (B-Schools) screen candidates for management program admission. B-schools at the national or international levels consider MAT Score as an admission input. 

The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts the exam for management programs admissions into the top PGDM colleges in Delhi NCR. The entrance test occurs four times a year, giving candidates four opportunities to score better on each attempt. The top score among the four scores is considered for getting a seat in B-Schools, and the same is valid for a year.

The entrance test is available in three formats: paper-based, computer-based, and Internet-Based Test, offering students the option of taking the Test both online and offline.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or government institution. Candidates appearing for the final graduation year, whose results will be declared before the commencement of admission for the academic year 2023-24, can also apply for MAT-2023.

XAT (Xavier Admission Test) 

The Xavier Aptitude Test is a national-level exam that candidates appear for to get admission to the best MBA and PGDM courses across more than 160 universities in India. 

The test contains three sections:

Section 1: Verbal & Logical Ability, Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation

Section 2: Mock Keyboard Testing

Section 3: General Knowledge and Essay Writing

xatonline.in. It is an Online (Computer-based) exam of 3 hours and 30 minutes with a total of 105 questions. The candidates will get +1 for each right answer and -0.25 for every wrong answer. The essay question is considered separately after shortlisting.

Eligibility Criteria

The XAT eligibility criteria that every candidate must meet to appear for the exam are:

  • A bachelor’s degree of at least three years or more in any discipline from a recognized Institute or university.
  • Candidates in the final graduation year are also eligible to appear for the XAT exam.
  • A minimum pass percentage is not required.
  • NRI students can apply through the GMAT exam.

NMAT (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Management Aptitude Test) 

NMAT or NMIMS Management Aptitude Test is among the most popular entrance exams for MBA or PGDM admission in NMIMS University and other top PGDM colleges in Delhi NCR. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) conducts the exam every 3 months, and students can choose any date or time according to their preparation. As the exams are conducted quarterly, students get three chances to improve their NMAT Scores.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with a recognized bachelor’s degree can appear in NMAT 2023 exam. Candidates in their final graduation year can also apply for the exam. The minimum marks required for admission are as per the requirement of MBA colleges.
