‘Two big alliances are walking the path of yes vote to implement the July Charter in Bangladesh
The two big alliances in Bangladesh are the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and the BNP-backed alliance. Since August 5, 2024, one of the issues discussed in the political arena was that the two big parties are going to split into two poles
Meanwhile, the heads of all political parties claimed that the change in Bangladesh was not brought about by any specific political party.
This issue was discussed and criticized. However, the independent student organization Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir played a key role in making the movement stronger. Although many claim that Islami Chhatra Shibir is a cooperative student organization of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
In this regard, several leaders of Islami Chhatra Shibir claim that Islami Chhatra Shibir is an independent student organization. Islami Chhatra Shibir is not a student organization of any political party. The leaders claim that for this reason, you will see that not only the constitution of Islami Chhatra Shibir and Jamaat are different, but our work is also different. However, the common people of Bangladesh think that Islami Chhatra Shibir and Jamaat are the same organization.
The leaders said that basically a group always spreads misinformation about Shibir to create a wrong idea about it among the common people.
The leaders claimed that Shibir always supports all Jamaat movements. Not only that, Singha Chhatra left Shibir and joined Jamaat.
Implementing the July Charter was a big challenge for the current government.
Although those responsible for everything in Bangladesh officially campaigned to win the yes vote, some political parties campaigned for the no vote.
However, the Jamaat alliance was in favor of the yes vote from the beginning.
BNP’s support was very important to win the yes vote.
BNP and Jamaat are major parties in Bangladesh.
BNP party chief Tarique Rahman is at an election rally in Rangpur, northern division of Bangladesh, on Friday night.
He asked to vote yes at this time, if he comes to power, the Teesta Master Plan will be implemented.
BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman said, “Thousands of people have sacrificed their lives to restore the rights that Abu Sayeed sacrificed his life, Wasim of Chattogram sacrificed his life, thousands of such people have sacrificed their lives. We can evaluate their sacrifice by establishing the right of people to speak, the right to vote. Similarly, if we want to evaluate their sacrifice, we have to respect the July Charter that we signed. And that is why I request all of you to vote yes in the second ballot paper as you stamp a seal on a grain of rice. You have to vote yes in the referendum by respecting the July Charter.”
He said this as the chief guest at a divisional election meeting at the Collectorate Eidgah ground in Rangpur on Friday (January 30) at 9 pm. Under the chairmanship of Metropolitan Convener and Rangpur-3 constituency candidate Shamsuzzaman Samu, Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, Rangpur Divisional Organizing Secretary Asadul Habib Dulu and MP candidates from 33 constituencies of Rangpur Division delivered speeches as special guests.

Tarique Rahman said, ‘Today is the time to realize Abu Sayeed’s dream. Today is the time to change the fate of the people of Bangladesh. If Allah Almighty gives us the opportunity to run the country, we will use this opportunity for the benefit of the people of the country. So that we can build the Bangladesh we desire for the future. To build the country, everyone has to work together. This northern region cannot remain in a state of chaos anymore. This time we can change if your support is with us.’

Tarique Rahman said, ‘For the past 16 years, elections have been held in the evening. I will not let it happen again. Go to the polling station and offer Fajr prayers. You have to stand in the voting queue in the morning. After counting the votes, you will go home with the results.’
Tareq Rahman said, ‘We will work to build the country first and foremost, Bangladesh. If Bangladesh is good, the people of the country will be good. Our strength is the people of Bangladesh. The first and last decision of the people of Bangladesh is the decision.’
Tareq Rahman said, ‘We must suppress corruption. We have seen how corruption has been done in the name of mega projects for the past sixteen years. If there were mega projects, then we would have no objection. We have also seen how mega corruption has been done in the name of mega projects. This corruption must end. Just like the murder of Abu Sayeed, those who looted the wealth of the country and laundered money abroad must also be tried in this country. The laundered money will be brought back to the country from abroad and used among the people. If anyone could do this work, it is possible for BNP to do it. Because there is an international organization that calculates how much someone got from corruption. According to their calculations, Bangladesh has been freed from the grip of corruption since Khaleda Zia took office in 2001. BNP has also proven that BNP is the only one who can free this country from the grip of corruption.
