1. Maintain a healthy diet

So how do you take care of your eyes through food? You simply must consume:

  • Leafy green vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, and kale.
  • Salmon, tuna, and other fatty fish.
  • Eggs, nuts, beans, and other non-meat protein sources.

Oranges, mandarins, grapefruits and other citrus fruits (you can also consume these foods in the form of juices).
