St. Louis, Missouri is located in the central part of the United States in the region known as the American Midwest. It is famous for its rich history and culture, and it has long been a major destination for travelers from all over the country and even around the world.

St. Louis is a city of many neighborhoods and visitors should choose the one that is the most centrally located. Downtown is where many of the city’s most important attractions are located, including the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial Park and the Gateway Arch.

St. Louis is home to the world-famous Gateway Arch, as well as numerous museums and cultural attractions. Situated at the border between Missouri and Illinois, St. Louis also offers visitors the chance to visit Branson’s amusement parks, Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield, and the Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum in Hannibal.
