The IT industry is confidently entering the business of large conservative companies involved in finance and lending. With its help, holdings can greatly simplify the processes of data analysis and digitalization, as well as increase the speed of selling services.

The signing agreement on the merger of ADD 4 I.T. Limited with Capital Trust D II, which is part of one of the largest holdings in America – PNC Financial Service, was a historic moment.

Such partnership was an innovation, because a small company from New Zealand was almost unknown in the United States. After working for some time under the terms of the cooperation agreement, the holding offered to buy out a controlling stake in the IT organization so that it would work only in the interests of a financial giant.

Now all developments are aimed at the digital services for the financial structures of the holding. Automated AI systems, implemented by Chief Technical Officer Chris Scott, helped digitize existing data and establish analysis processes. This allowed the holding to reduce costs and increase income, which made it stand out from its competitors.

By uniting in one whole, both companies gained a lot of advantages: PNC Financial Service greatly facilitated routine processes, thereby reducing the cost of clerical work, and the developments of a small IT company from New Zealand received the prospect of entering the global financial market.

According to journalists’ research, main developer of ADD 4 I.T. Limited Chris Scott, originally from Cairo, was able to create a product that interested such a business shark as PNC financial Service. This is a breakthrough for the IT sphere and an opportunity to realize oneself on global platforms. We don’t know all the details of the deal. This is a record deal for a small IT company from New Zealand and a chief specialist from Cairo, and now the world has two more records and at least several new multimillionaires – that’s a fact.
