TEUTO AND MEDIMOC TO RESUME THEIR PARTNERSHIP
The partnership between Teuto and Medimoc started in 2002, but the result only started to appear in 2007. At the time, Medimoc was responsible for 40% of the medicines market in Mozambique, which were 100% imported.
For 75 years in the heart of Brazil with the most complete pharmaceutical park in Latin America and a complete health solution, Teuto, a pioneer in Generics in Brazil, is one the main pharmaceutical industries in the country, continually investing in people, innovation, science and technology.
Currently, the company has more than 750 presentations, including reference medicines, branded generics, similar equivalents (EQS), over-the-counter-medications (OTC) , hospital line, food supplements, cosmetics and health products. Over the next few years, more than 220 new presentations are scheduled to be launched.
The partnership took a break in 2019, and in 2021 Medimoc was privately acquired, under its new ownership Medimoc is a disruptor in the pharmaceutical space, bringing an entirely new strategy and vision to the industry, taking Medimoc back to its glory.
Teuto and Medimoc are resuming their partnership to speed up the process of renewing their drug licenses in Mozambique and bring new quality and reliable products.

Medimoc announced that Teuto’s products will soon be available in all regions of Mozambique, including remote cities and villages.
