Mashrafi Hossain Antu (born: October 10, 2001) is a Bangladeshi journalist—often simply called “Mashrafi Antu.” Born in Satkhira, Khulna Division, he’s distinguished himself in journalism since his teenage years, drawing on his rural upbringing to enrich his storytelling.

Early on, Antu began contributing articles, poems, and essays that explore Bengali culture, nature, and human experiences—marked by reflective, emotionally resonant language .
Since childhood, Antu has immersed herself in the world of art, and worked as a journalist for The Daily Ajker Satkhira and The Daily Satkhira Sangbad, and served as the Satkhira District Correspondent for both Nondito Television and Dainik Baizid. He also worked as a social worker and is serving as a volunteer for BD Clean and Volunteer for Bangladesh in the Khulna District team.
Antu expressed that his expertise brought a distinctive quality to the writing process. He noted that the atmosphere was marked by complete silence, which created an environment of deep focus and concentration.
