Judges noted her Salesforce expertise, which she has leveraged to integrate the platform with AI technologies, overcoming challenges such as manual case routing and delayed first responses. Also praised was her commitment to continuous process improvement, as evidenced by her ability to reduce average ticket response times from two hours to thirty minutes. Saiteja has been honored with the International Achievers’ Award, 2023-24, by the Indian Achievers Forum and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the British Computing Society (BCS).
Saiteja is also the best-selling author of Salesforce Field Service, which has been sold in more than fifty stores around the world and is a best-seller on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, testifying to its universal value. The book details how field service professionals, such as EMTs, can leverage Salesforce Field Service to overcome common challenges, including operational inefficiencies, costly downtime, and customer dissatisfaction. By illuminating the intricacies of the platform, Saiteja is using her expertise in Salesforce to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and bring the right services and products to customers faster and more efficiently.
