If there’s anything we’ve learned from the pandemic, it’s that many people can perform their jobs just as well from their living room rather than a packed office. Although having a full staff in the office may be preferable on certain occasions, your employer should consider what percentage of people should be in the office on a regular basis.
This might mean starting out with 50 percent staffing starting out and gradually increasing until you’re all back in the office. They should also allow people to work from home if they’re having symptoms of COVID-19. Having this flexibility is an important component of creating a healthy office environment!
