Record label bosses Jack & James Brooker weigh in on 2018 Grammys

London based record label bosses Jack Brooker and James Brooker this week sat down with NewsNY to discuss what they thought of this year’s Grammy’s.

The pair who head up leading label Row Productions weighed in on the 60th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony which was held on January 28 in Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The brothers told us:

James told us “For Kendrick Lamar to open the show was outstanding, showing Hip-Hop is here to stay for years to come at music’s biggest award show.”

Jack added “Other stand out performances from Bruno Mars bringing that 90’s feel back, DJ Khaled & Rihanna for the Latin vibes and UK’s very own Sam Smith.”

Jack concluded telling us “All awards were fully deserved, especially Bruno Mars & Ed Sheeran. Kendrick Lamar ruled the rap nominations however I feel Goldlink missed out on best Rap/Sung performances as a very underrated artist.”
