 The New York-based legal technology business claims the release represents a major improvement in contract review accuracy and corporate scalability.

The new version expands on LexCheck’s current contract review framework, which detects differences between client template language and counterparty papers. Version 3.0 includes automatic playbook production, precedent analysis, and increased redlining features for managing complicated commercial agreements like as MSAs, SaaS agreements, and professional service agreements.
