ATLANTA, GEORGIA — BUCKHEAD:
News caster Charlie Neff from TMZ has contacted Mr. Neyo White’s attorney, Mr. Foster, to get an update about the lawsuit filed against Diamond Facez Skin Care Bar.
According to Mr. Foster, Mr. Neyo White was granted $1 million, yet the aesthetician refuses to pay him a single penny. Mr. White is currently homeless, sleeping outside, battling depression and anxiety, and has even attempted to commit suicide.
Mr. Foster, who is Mr. Neyo White’s personal injury attorney, informed TMZ that he is not able to collect on the judgment himself. He explained that Mr. White would need to hire another attorney who specializes in collection — one who can garnish wages and place a freeze or lien on the aesthetician’s bank account.

However, Mr. White doesn’t have the money to hire an attorney to collect on the $1 million judgment, as he is struggling financially and homeless, having been sleeping outside since July 2024.
The business owner of Diamond Facez reportedly does not have insurance, meaning Mr. White will not receive a single dollar. Furthermore, the aesthetician did not carry business medical liability insurance, and even if there had been a policy, the insurance company would have denied the claim because the aesthetician’s license was not updated.
Mr. Neyo White continues to sleep outside at the park across from the Buckhead Theater, as his situation grows increasingly dire.
