The Texas luxury homes market performed superbly in 2021

In 2021, the Texas luxury home market registered a considerable increase in transaction activity, which resulted in reduced time on the market and strong increases in prices. 

According to the Texas Realtors report for 2021, state-wide sales of luxury homes ($1 million or higher) increased 90% over the 12-month period ending in October 2021. 

In addition, the average time on the market in the first 10 months of 2021 decreased by 36% to 55 days, compared to 86 days in the first 10 months of 2020. 

As a result of the strong demand in the first 10 months of 2021, the average price per square foot for luxury homes increased by 9.5% to $395.

Bryan is a great place to live

Bryan is a small town, part of the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area. Bryan has grown together with College Station, which is home to Texas A&M University, the fourth largest university in the country with 45,000 students.
