“During baseball season, everyone wants to be a baseball player,” Kireeti Gudipati, a business consultant based in Dallas, TX explains with a laugh. “A lot of success stories are being made in business right now, whether that’s something more cutting edge like e-commerce or other digitally-based concepts. So, naturally, a lot of people are aiming to hold onto their spot or breakthrough and find a niche to start cashing in on.” 

Kireeti Gudipati currently works as a manager with Deloitte Consulting, providing businesses with a detailed roadmap to marketing themselves. Holding the largest professional services network in the world by both revenue and number of employees, Deloitte follows clients through every step in transforming their business from organizing and curating a strategy as well as implementation.

Holding both a leading and critical role in the company, Kireeti Gudipati is responsible for designing and architecting innovative and transformative cloud-based technology solutions that address next-generational needs. Gudipati accomplishes this by creating effective IT visions, strategies, and roadmaps in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. 

“The data needs of a company, large or small, are of high importance when you’re thinking about the longevity of these brands,” Kireeti says. “Industries are finding a new life thanks to analytics, and many of those who are staying in the past are dying out. And in a digital space that grows more crowded, a lot of our clients have come to realize the immense value that a comprehensive IT system holds.”

Deploying an end-to-end journey from On-Premise to cloud, Kireeti Gudipati designs and develops in-depth strategies relating to cloud messaging, ground-to-cloud connectivity, cloud Development, Integration, Migration, Infrastructure, and other concepts within the umbrella cloud Management Services.

“Managing the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems – including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms –  is essential for success when your operations have expanded to the point of self-sustainability, even with the most modest businesses,” Kireeti says. “ I work to provide services to help create these systems, utilizing data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, building a systems development life cycle, etcetera, to set the most ambitious business operations up for success.”

Kireeti Gudipati has begun creating a name for himself independently and is currently working on creating a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with Dell Technologies for their new service, APEX. “The focus with this project is on improving internal processes and promoting knowledge sharing in a team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence,” Kireeti says. “With a big name brand, the impression a consumer takes from a new product or service is of vital importance, so I help brands put their best foot forward.”
