Perhaps you’re setting up a new webmail account with Roadrunner (rr.com), and you need to confirm that the address you entered is correct. Maybe you’re applying for a job online, and the company requires an email verification before considering your application. Or, you could simply be trying to sign up for a new newsletter and need to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the email address in question.
No matter what the reason may be, verifying your email address is a straightforward process. Most websites will ask for an email verification code, usually delivered as an automated message to the address in question. The process varies slightly from site to site, but it usually involves entering the code you received in your inbox and pressing a button. You are then sent an email confirming that you are now subscribed to the website or newsletters.
