 You can do this exercise twice a day 1. Morning at 5 am immediately after getting fresh, 2. Evening at 6 pm, but if you want to do this exercise in the evening also then you have to empty your stomach, means in the evening  Also, first get fresh, after that you can do this exercise.

Exercise 2 –  Leg Circles
