Look after yourself physically as well as mentally
Doing exercise may be the last thing on your mind, but it’s scientifically proven to improve your mood. You should also make sure you get enough sleep and eat the right foods as this will help how you feel. Again, don’t beat yourself up about it and only do what feels right for you.
