Having a proper form of exercise is important if you want to avoid injuries. Some tips you can use include:

  • Warm up for 10 minutes with an aerobic exercise such as brisk walking.
  • Start with light exercises for example lifting 2-pounds weights.
  • Increase the weight you lift gradually. Lifting too much in a short period can lead to injuries. 
  • Use controlled movements to lift weights. Avoid uncontrolled motions to swing heavyweights as it may lead to an injury. 
  • Breathe out when you lift a weight and breathe in when you want to relax.
  • Don’t worry about muscle fatigue as you may be overexerting yourself. Exercises should cause minimal pain so you can relax when you want.
  • Add cardio to the exercise routine as it can build muscles when performed in the right way. 
  • Eat healthy as it is a great way to fuel your workouts and build your muscles.
