Stay on top of your schedule
It’s important to understand how to set your schedule, and also be realistic. For example, if you have a long commute to work, you’ll want to arrange your day to start work earlier and end work earlier. But if you have to spend extra time driving home from work, be sure to have extra time to relax and decompress before you head to bed.
