HKfashop’s flower delivery service is divided into three categories:
1. Pre-arranged flower delivery
Customers who purchase HKD$750 or more on HKfashop’s website can enjoy free flower delivery service. Pre-arranged flower delivery must complete the order and payment one day before the delivery date. For example, if you need flower delivery on Friday, the order and payment must be completed before 5:00 pm on Thursday. HKfashop’s flower delivery time is from Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. Free shipping for flower delivery does not apply to same-day flower delivery or flower delivery at a specific time.
2. Same-day flower delivery
Customers can choose same-day flower delivery:
Next-day flower delivery: Customers who complete the order and payment after 5:00 pm on the day before the delivery date are all considered same-day flower delivery. Before placing an order, customers must contact our customer service representatives to ensure that the selected flowers have sufficient stock. The same-day flower delivery service requires a delivery fee of HKD$250.
Same-day flower delivery: If customers order flowers on the same day of delivery, they must contact our customer service representatives before placing an order to ensure that the selected flowers have sufficient stock. The same-day flower delivery service requires a delivery fee of HKD$250.
3. Designated time flower delivery
HKfashop’s basic delivery time is from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. If you need to specify the delivery time or choose to deliver flowers outside the basic delivery time, you must contact our customer service representatives before placing an order to confirm the delivery time. The designated time flower delivery service requires a delivery fee of HKD$250.
HKfashop Weekly Flower Subscription Service
The HKfashop weekly flower subscription service allows the fragrance of flowers to surround you every weekend. During the subscription period, fresh flowers will be delivered every Friday. The flowers will be selected by HKfashop’s florists according to the seasonal flowers and will update the types and contents of flowers from time to time. The subscription period is divided into one month and three months, allowing you to arrange your weekly flower subscription more flexibly. We will also arrange a dedicated colleague to follow up on the renewal arrangements for you. The weekly flower delivery fee is waived, and a flower vase will be attached to the first week’s flower subscription as a gift.
