Hello Future Technologies (Private) Limited has unveiled a revised leadership structure aimed at reinforcing corporate governance, enhancing operational clarity, and positioning the company for accelerated national and global expansion. The move underscores the company’s long-term focus on ethical innovation, digital inclusion, and the empowerment of women and youth in Pakistan’s technology sector.
CEO Appointment Marks Strategic Shift
The company confirmed that Muhammad Saad Jalil has been appointed as the Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Authorized Officer of Hello Future Technologies.

The company stated that Muhammad Saad Jalil will now lead the organization through its next phase of expansion, strengthening strategic direction, international collaborations, and compliance with SECP, FBR, PSEB, and UNGM standards.
Strengthened Board with Strategic Focus
Joining the board is Neha Ijaz, appointed as Director — Strategic Initiatives & Operations.
Her portfolio includes women empowerment programs, digital inclusion projects, and operational strengthening. Her appointment reflects the company’s increased emphasis on creating equitable opportunities within the tech sector and driving women-centric digital workforce development initiatives.
Smooth Transition and Governance Alignment

The leadership overhaul is designed to deliver:
- improved internal governance,
- enhanced clarity in roles and responsibilities,
- stronger transparency for clients, partners, and stakeholders,
- a unified strategic direction across all operations.
Roadmap for Future Growth
Under the new leadership, Hello Future Technologies aims to:
