It’s only level 23, though, so the risk is relatively low.
To use this method, choose items that are profitable to sell to the shop, such as armor and weapons that are at least 300 GP below their Grand Exchange price. You can also sell stacks of arrows. However, be aware that you will lose 2% of the value of each item you sell to the shop, so choose items that are cheap to avoid losing too much money.
If you want to minimize risk, use the first method of selling items to shops. If you want to make the most money, use the second method of selling items to the Al Kharid General Store.
