Yet, the fear of not belonging or being loved may be bigger than any rational understanding. We don’t even know our finest tales and stuff when we turn outside of ourselves for a plan rather than within where our truth and uniqueness live.

Growing up in the midst of mental and physical misery taught Grogans a new perspective on suffering. Gerard discovered a system that he believes could help anyone remove the mental and emotional blocks and barriers that are keeping them from reaching their full potential after studying hundreds of self-help and personal development books on hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming, neurogenesis, and how to change one’s brain, which he wrote in a step-by-step process he describes in his new book called. “The Blueprint: How to Recreate Your Life in Six Simple Steps.” Having gone through an agonizing childhood, In his book, he has shared his wealth of knowledge with people dealing with limiting beliefs and inner blocks depriving them of a happy and productive life. 

Becoming the best version of himself

The life lessons Gerard has learned along the way, both good and bad, are what he attributes to his success. The person meant to exemplify exceptional leadership failed to do so; his father told him as a youngster that he was dumb and stupid and would never amount to anything. Early on, Gerard consciously chose not to follow his father and committed to becoming the best version possible.

Growing up under abuse on all fronts

Gerard was raised in a big family with five boys and two daughters. Like most people, Gerard did not grow up in a stable family. He became the guy he is now due to abuse on all fronts, including psychological, emotional, and physical.
