Such a journey demands selflessness. You must always see the bigger picture of reality rather than viewing life from one perspective. Emanating these characteristics has been the life and work of Dr. Dinah Lilia Mansour Mourise.
Born October 18th, 1980 in Canada, Dr. Dinah spent her childhood traveling due to her father’s involvement in international commerce, exposing her to a life of exploring regions, cultures, and languages.
To add to the versatility of being multicultural, Dr. Dinah has Egyptian ancestry that traces back to Nazli Sabry, the Queen of Egypt.
Building a Background in Medicine
During her time in Egypt, she completed her bachelor’s in biology at the American University and later pursued a post-graduate program at the University of Medicine in Cairo specializing in General Surgery and Pathology.
After completing her surgical residency in 2007 and earning a Ph.D. in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Walden, Dr. Dinah has worked as the Chair of Clinical Medicine at Port Said Military Hospital in Cairo since 2011.
Through studies and career, Dr. Dinah created a life of service in the field of Medicine, where being an Egyptian surgeon (retired) and now, a Chair, has helped her save lives, supporting entire communities.
But juggling profession and service does not conclude at this step. Dr. Dinah always felt there was more to be done.
Realizing her actions can have a global impact, beyond Cairo, led to the creation of OEIS Protection.
Creating an Active and Responsible Community Through OEIS
Found by Mourise and based in Canada, OEIS Investigations, Security, and Protection offers private security services. With time, the scale of these operations has come to encompass a larger audience.
Despite providing protection services, Dr. Dinah firmly believes that welfare and well-being are the collective responsibility of any society.
This mindset extended OEIS Protection towards offering training programs.
The program educates on first-aid, baton handling, and security guard training; equipping people with the necessary tools and skills to look out for and contribute to community service and safety.
OEIS Protection’s dedication to bridging the gap of accessing security and Mourise’s constant efforts as a philanthropist and the organization’s Vice President led to its recognition as the “Best Company of 2019 in Investigation by CVS Magazine.
Preserving the Future of Children Through Lilia Redemption Foundation
Dr. Dinah’s philosophy in life is to use what you have to give back; if you’re capable of protecting someone, you must do so.
Early on, working underground to deliver food to the needy in the Congo made Mourise witness child exploitation firsthand.
The incident’s impact was such that it led to her decision to take the initiative for child protection.
Lilia Redemption Foundation was a result of this realization.
Founded by Dr. Dinah in 2015, the anti-trafficking organization works to prevent children from unfair living conditions where they are vulnerable to mistreatment.
Lilia Redemption Foundation provides security and welfare to targeted children while creating awareness and educating people on the issue simultaneously.
The consistent efforts by Mourise are to foster a nurturing environment for the victims of human trafficking. At the same time, discussing the issue in places such as Canada, the United States, India, North Africa, and the Dominican Republic have helped her globally address the concern.

The holistic approach to service and security has not allowed Mourise to be confined to one practice.
Her multidimensional mindset has equipped her with the confidence and experience to venture beyond her initial expertise.

The agency offers tailored services for high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry, opening doors to new creative projects that showcase their talent, elevating their career and success.

A Life of Service and Duty
With every step of life, Dr. Dinah has made decisions that have allowed her to effectively utilize each interaction, lesson, and skill she has gained.
The recognition of her efforts vouches for the time and years she has invested, as a medical professional and philanthropist, both.
The humanitarian efforts of Dr. Dinah have received acknowledgment from esteemed organizations such as the Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA), Association of Diplomats (2012), National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), Intelligence Community-Centers for Academic Excellence-Scholar (ICCAE), Critical Language Scholarship Alumni (CLS), National Forensics League (NFL), and the National Forensics Association (NFA).
