March 2026 – Palo Alto: xAI is preparing to replace its experimental “Imagine” feature with a new system internally known as Grok Magician. Early details suggest this isn’t an iteration – but a shift. Magician is built as a live creation layer inside X, moving beyond styles and static outputs.
What is Grok Magician Mode”?
At its core: “Don’t just imagine it, make it happen.”
Instead of one-off prompts, users enter a persistent creation environment where Grok:
