Dr. Samanta Dhulipala is a committed and well-trained professional in Fetal Medicine and Radiodiagnosis. She is dedicated to the improvement of maternal and fetal health through the use of advanced imaging, clinical research, and patient education.
At present, she serves as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali, where she offers specialized care for high-risk pregnancies. Her specialty is in fetal imaging, prenatal diagnostics, and fetal interventions, assisting expectant parents in risk communication and management of fetal health conditions.
Dr. Samanta underwent her MBBS and MD in Radiodiagnosis from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, where she was again a distinction holder in 10 of 14 subjects, and received Gold Medals in Medicine and Pediatrics. Her passion for pursuing learning and research, and her journey for international training and fellowships in Fetal Medicine and Fetal MRI continued.
She has a Fellowship in Imaging and Fetal Intervention in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from ARMC AEGIS Hospital, Kerala (2022) and a Diploma in Expert Imaging in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from the University of Barcelona (2023). She holds an FRCR (Fellow of the Royal College of Radiology, London, 2024) and is currently undertaking her Post Doctoral course in Fetal MRI at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria (2023–2025).
Dr. Samanta has authored numerous scientific publications in reputable medical journals, including research on COVID-19 pneumonia, hepatic steatosis, and brain neoplasms. She has received numerous awards for her academic accomplishments and has presented her work at both national and international conferences.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Samanta also has an educational effort called @thefetalclub on Instagram, where she shares evidence-based, straightforward material related to fetal health and pregnancy. Dr. Samanta’s goal is to raise awareness and empower expecting families with reliable information.
With passion and excellence, Dr. Samanta continues to have an impact in Fetal Medicine through her research, patient care, and education of the greater community. She has created The Fetal Club and is raising awareness among families.
