Who is Dr. Mohammad Baydoun?
Dr. Mohammad Baydoun also known as Dr. Risk management is currently the Head of the Development and Concept Department at DAMAC Properties LLC, leading a team of Urban Planners, Urban Designers & Architects, Financial & Sales Analysts and Engineers.
He currently manages multiple projects like Damac Hills, Damac Towers, Akoya Oxygen, and many more which have a total estimation of over AED 27 billion.
Natively from Lebanon, currently living in Dubai, he is a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Architecture, along with multiple degrees. His multidisciplinary background combined with his experience allows him to participate in structuring complex development projects, authoring of development strategies to
realize integrated business plans and commercial success of projects. With over 20 years of work experience, he has authored over 18 publications.
He is also a thesis supervisor for the Doctorate of Business Administration Program of Grenoble Ecole De Management and a visiting research fellow at the Management Science Laboratory of Athens University of Economics and Business.
Dr. Mohammad Baydoun has won a number of professional and academic awards, most prominent of which are nomination for Shoman award for best researcher in the Arab world and Ghanem Al Shama’ Award for the best graduation project.
