You might be getting a Code Error 720 on your device if it is not intact with a PC/Mobile. To avoid this error, everything must be connected properly. Make sure your device is blinking a Red Light after both devices are linked. If it does not then check your OTG Connector/Convertor which should preferably include standard specifications.
Morpho Device Showing Internal Error 999
Your Morpho RD service device will most likely show you this error if the configuration of the service and the client appear to not match. To make sure both the client and the service have the same configuration contact customer care and they will inform you on how to make them match. If this still does not make the error go away, that is because your device might be faulty and you will have to either get it fixed or acquire a new one.
