You can check your CA Foundation Result of Dec 2020 exams through the following ways:

How to obtain online CA Foundation Result?
ICAI releases the CA Foundation result on their official websites:
caresults.icai.org/icai_results
On opening any of the websites, you will see the ‘CA Foundation Result Dec 2020.’ Click on the available link, and you will see a tab like before. Enter your credentials. If you don’t remember, check your Admit card. Enter the security code and click on ‘Check Result.’ Download your result.
How to obtain CA Foundation Result via SMS?
If you cannot check your result through the online ICAI websites, you can use the SMS option. You only have to enter your credentials in the following format and send it to 58888.
‘CAFND(space)Roll Number’
ICAI will send your CA Foundation result to you via SMS.
How to check CA Foundation Result via Email?
If you have your email id registered on your dashboard account on ICAI, you don’t have to worry about checking your result. ICAI sends a copy of your result to your registered email id. If your email id is not registered on icaiexam.icai.org to receive the result, you can click on the email registration link from your dashboard.
How to check CA Foundation Result if you forget Login ID and Password?
If you don’t remember your login credentials and have lost your admit card, you can then see the result through the registered email id. If you haven’t enabled that option, then contact the ICAI helpline numbers for assistance.

Verification/Inspection of CA Foundation Result
If you are not satisfied with your CA Foundation marks, then you can apply for verification or inspection of your answer sheet.
Verification of answer copies: It includes finding any answer which has remained unevaluated, finding any error in the total marks on the cover page, checking if the marks given inside the answer copy are the same as given on the cover page.
Inspection of answer copies: You can get your evaluated answer copies to see for yourself how and where the examiners have given marks to you.
Application for Verification/Inspection of CA Foundation Answer Copies
The application process is done online. ICAI opens a window for a month after the CA Foundation Results are released. You have to apply through that window and submit your handwritten application with the requisite fee.
Fee:
Rs. 100 for Verification
Rs. 500 for Inspection
You will receive your answer copies for inspection within 30 days from the receipt of your application.
The result after verification of your answer copies is released within 6-8 weeks. If your marks are changed, ICAI will refund you with the verification fees.
Statement of Marks for CA Foundation Result
Statement of Marks is the main mark sheet for CA Foundation Result. ICAI gives all the CA Foundation course students who clear the exams a physical copy of the Statement of Marks. You will receive it by post within 4-5 weeks after the result declaration. You can send an email to ICAI (dms_examhelpline@icai.in) if you don’t receive it within this time.
Rank Certificate for CA Foundation Result
ICAI gives rank certificates to their top performers every year. The eligibility to consider these top performers are:
- Scored above 60% aggregate marks
- Cleared CA Foundation Exam in one attempt.
ICAI gives the top 50 All India Rank students who also meet these conditions a Rank Certificate.
CA Foundation Result Merit List
You can see who will receive the rank certificate through the top 50 students’ merit list on the ICAI website. The merit list option is available just below the results tab on the ICAI websites. You only have to enter your credentials to see the merit list.

CA Foundation Result Pass Percentage
The pass percentage is the ratio of students who have cleared the exams from the number of students who registered for the exam.
