Business and Community Influencer Jeremy Jenson Credits His Success to His Friends, Family, Clients, and Colleagues

Date:

We’re living in the era of flexing. That’s pretty much become the whole point of having a social media persona. So it’s no surprise that people want to present their achievements and accolades to establish their image further. Still, it’s not so common to see somebody like Jeremy Jenson who is as enthusiastic about crediting the people who have helped him along his journey as much as they credit him for his hard-earned status.

He is the founder and CEO of Encore Search Partners (the largest privately held Executive Search firm in Houston, Texas). The firm focuses on recruiting Wealth Advisors, Attorneys, Engineers, and Corporate Executives, nationwide. Jeremy has established himself as the G.O.A.T headhunter who is taking his company to new heights and claiming multiple awards from renowned platforms like the Entrepreneurs Organization and the Houston Business Journal.

His dating podcast “What Men Want” brings unfiltered insight from some of Houston’s most eligible bachelors. He’s been a guest on the podcast himself since he is on the list. As an amiable host, Jeremy brings the best out of his guests. The lively conversations keep the audience hooked with spicy secrets from the dating lives of distinguishable individuals.

His humble beginnings and an aggravating childhood have significantly impacted Jeremy’s personality. He wants to help others, having seen the grim realities of life early on. He wants to support others because he is grateful to those who helped him on his inspirational journey to remarkable success. Jeremy intends to share in the victory as he believes his dedication to empowering others has contributed majorly to his constant development.

At only ten years of age, Jeremy witnessed his parents’ separation. In the decade that followed, Jeremy saw his mother struggle as a single parent as they were constantly on the move due to evictions. As a child, he held some resentment towards his mother for his father’s absence because he had to learn important lessons on his own to cope with his intimidating surroundings, especially when he was only a vulnerable child.

Maturing earlier than his age due to aggravating circumstances, Jeremy realized how his mother had protected him with the tough decisions she had to make. Ten years after his father had abandoned them, Jeremy found out that his parents were never divorced because his mother wanted to help his father afford his medication through her insurance. When Jeremy lost his father, he was surprised that his friends knew him well since his father loved to talk about him.

Jeremy remained somewhat distant from his father in his life. Later, he realized that his father loved him dearly even though he could never tell him that. The loyalty and supportive attitude that he learned from his mother and the loss of his father has humbled Jeremy by reminding him that life is short, so he is always grateful to his friends, family, clients, and colleagues for being a part of it.
