From a young age, Bruno Rodrigues understood that success is born from curiosity and the desire to uncover what lies behind each process. With this analytical mindset, he began his journey in 2002 as a Public Relations student at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, in São Paulo, while joining the multinational Atento Brasil as an assistant automobile insurance analyst. In that role, he created the campaign “You Are the Writer,” which increased the quality of incident reports and technical analyses for Unibanco AIG by 80%—a milestone that revealed his leadership and innovative thinking early in his career.
Bruno’s professional restlessness drove him to take on new challenges at major insurance companies. Between 2006 and 2008, he worked at Tokio Marine, where he developed internal controls that improved efficiency in claims payments and the recovery of stolen vehicles. Later, at Porto Seguro from 2008 to 2009, he participated in the “Redesign” project and directly contributed to creating pet assistance services, which would become a nationwide success years later. He then joined Yasuda Seguros from 2009 to 2010, where his talent for team integration and process revitalization stood out, marking him as a forward-thinking professional.
The turning point came in 2010, when Bruno decided to leave the corporate path and specialize as an insurance broker. He took over as director of San Vito Seguros, a company that grew by more than 200% under his leadership, driven by his strategic expansion into health and corporate benefits insurance. This experience solidified his entrepreneurial vision and prepared him to found, in 2016, New Life Insurance Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros Ltda, where he still serves as owner and technical director. Today, he manages a portfolio of over 6,000 active clients, positioning New Life among the most respected consulting firms in the industry.
In addition to managing New Life, Bruno has also distinguished himself as a lecturer at Escola Pro Sapiens and as a benefits and insurance manager for technology cooperatives. Between 2016 and 2021, he led the Workforce Cooperative of Labor, where he created an exclusive portfolio of benefits for technology professionals. Starting in 2022, he took on the same role at Soma Cooperative of IT Workers, replicating the innovative model that established him as a specialist in supplementary health and corporate benefits.

With a complete education, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, a postgraduate degree in Business Management, and two MBAs, one in Supplementary Health and another in Occupational Health, Bruno believes that knowledge is the main asset of the modern broker. This vision inspired him to publish, in 2025, the e-book “The Role of the Broker as a Strategic Consultant for Companies and Policyholders,” a work that proposes to reposition the image of the broker in light of market transformations. The book presents the insurance professional no longer as a simple intermediary but as a consultant capable of interpreting scenarios, building customized solutions, and excellently accompanying the client’s journey.
“The broker needs to go beyond selling, understand the client’s scenario, and build personalized solutions, because what we truly protect are not policies, but stories and people,” says Bruno, summarizing the essence of his professional philosophy. This consultative posture has made him a market reference, recognized by insurers and clients who value his strategic and human approach.
Awarded as SulAmérica’s Super Champion in 2018 and as one of Qualicorp’s Champions on Board in 2022, Bruno has accumulated achievements that reflect exceptional performance and excellence in relationships. These national distinctions highlight not only his technical competence but also his ability to unite empathy, purpose, and results in a highly competitive and constantly evolving sector.

Today, leading New Life Insurance, Bruno Rodrigues stands as a reference in insurance and corporate health consulting, combining a forward-looking vision with human sensitivity. His career, marked by reinvention and continuous learning, positions him among the most respected professionals in the country, with a reputation that crosses borders and inspires new models of practice within the industry.
Looking ahead, Bruno believes that the role of the broker will become increasingly important in balancing companies, individuals, and healthcare systems. “My mission is to inspire other professionals to see insurance as an instrument of transformation, because to protect is to care and caring is the essence of everything I do,” he concludes.
